Luckily the wine  does the talking.

We call Laurent ‘The Thinker’. It’s probably because he doesn’t say much and would much rather his wine did the talking. As it happens ‘The Thinker’ also likes tinkering, believing that everything can be improved upon, in the vineyard and in the bottle. He’s had some renowned success and has become the best example of a new way of thinking in French winemaking. But you won’t hear that from him.
